Computer tomography (CT) is an examination technique that allows a detailed look inside a human being. It is a cross-sectional imaging technique based on X-ray technology and provides images of the inside of the body in layers.
Our 16-detector-row CT scanner requires a much lower dose of radiation compared to older CT scanner models. The examination time is significantly shortened by the parallel recording of all 16 rows, making the procedure more comfortable for you.
In addition, a newly developed high-performance image processing algorithm allows a reduction of exposure to radiation by up to a half while simultaneously maintaining good image quality (ASiR technology).
Valid referrals and current health insurance cards (eGK) are required for examinations.
